Setup is included in every contract and it is not optional, because an app with thin content earns a campsite nothing. Send us whatever you already have, in whatever state it is in. We build the whole thing: your facilities, your rules, the local area written properly, every language you need, the QR code and the welcome letter.

What counts as a pitch?
The number of pitches or units you sell. Not guests, not devices, not app installs. There is no limit on the number of campers using the app.
How many guests can use the app?
There is no limit. You set the number of pitches in your subscription and we handle bandwidth, cloud storage and the rest.
Can I edit the content easily?
Yes. The online portal works like a simple word processor. Update details, add local recommendations, upload photos and publish changes in minutes.
How do campers get the app?
They scan a QR code at reception, in a booking confirmation, or on your website. It opens the listing on the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery, so there is nothing to search for, and it installs in about a minute with no account to create.
Why is setup not optional?
Because a half-filled app earns you nothing, and the campsites that fill it in themselves are rare. We would rather build it properly once than watch it sit empty. It is charged once and never again.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
